The High Commission of Tanzania in Canada participated in the 28th Ottawa's Travel and Vacation Show. This show, held annually in Ottawa is a unique platform focusing exclusively on exotic destinations. The show offers an effective way to target consumers seeking travel and holiday information and travel agents looking for the latest tours and destinations.
During the show , the High Commission, together with Zara Tanzania Adventures and Touchstone Tanzania shared detailed information, flyers and brochures about Tanzania's tourist attractions, travel tips, and cultural experiences with the visitors who visited our booth. The High Commission also showcased the country's video on tourism, including the Royal Tour of Tanzania, and actively engaged with individual visitors, Canadian travel agencies, and tour companies, making each interaction meaningful and valuable.
The visitors to Tanzania's booth were eager to learn about the best time to visit Ngorongoro crater, to witness the great migration in the Serengeti National Park, the perfect time to climb Mount Kilimanjaro including the preferred routes for summiting Africa's highest peak. The interest in these attractions and the perfect time to visit the beaches of Zanzibar was a testament to the attractions and the growing popularity of Tanzania's tourist destinations in Canada.
